If I filed my taxes today...when do you think I will receive my money?

Two to three weeks?? I think that is standard if you efile without issues.

DH and I completed ours through Turbo Tax this past Saturday. It said that it would automatically send it to the IRS on the 20th (today) and that it's estimated that we'd get our refund in about 11 days following when it's submitted.

7-21 days is the standard. The IRS takes 24-48 hours to accept and then they'll tell you when to expect your refund.

Normally I would say 2-3 weeks but I have seen some articles about refunds being late. Guess time will tell.

I thought the paperwork could be filed, but not actually submitted until the last day of January?

It typically takes 2 weeks if you efiled.  If you filed a paper return, it is going to take considerably longer than that.
