So about my dds insurance

Ok i made that post about not wanting her on her fathers insurance. Well now they say i need some type of savings card to use for when i take my dd to the psychiatrist.

the appointment is 150 and the savings card is used for that. They said they have some type of savings account for the blue shield so I am wondering if this is true?
It is a ppo plan

Please quit failing your child. If you can't put her on  your own insurance, don't try to take her off her dad's. If it were really important for her to go, you would have payed out of pocket. Stop trying to paint your kid crazy.
