For childcare? I have an infant and 3 year old. We will be paying $384.20 a week which works out to a little under 20k a year.

I heard someone on DES talking about their copay being like $1 a day.

I'm a licensed child care provider and I get a thousand dollars a month per child in my care. It's about $50 a day.

When I looked into going back to work part time, most of the places seemed to charge $50/day per kid for part time. With two kids that would have been too much.

360/month for 5 days a week for my 3 yr old.
That is cheaper than most places here by about 50/week. It's a smaller place but it's certified and all and honestly, we could never afford the 150/week places.

When my little one was in full-time childcare, I paid $280/week. Now she just goes after school and it's $80/week.

$0.00. My kids are school age. Right now my almost 18 yr old drops them off to school and picks them up. I'm not on my regular schedule while in training. This week I work 8am-4pm. My regular schedule will be 8am-1pm. I'll be picking them up and be with them all day and all night once I'm on my regular schedule.

I don't pay childcare. I sah. I do babysit. I get paid $175 for two siblings and $100 for another kiddo. Cheap I know, but I dont need the money and enjoy helping out these single moms.

We had my daughter in a smaller/cheaper daycare but I couldn't stand it anymore. They didn't provide education, structure or properly watch the children. They would tell the kids that if they didn't behave that the police were going to take them away :/
