Maybe so many girls shouldn't cry rape and it wouldn't be so difficult for legit rape victims. It's like the boy who cried wolf.


And you need EVIDENCE to convict someone of a crime. You can't just expect them to go off he said she said. This country believes in innocence until guilt can be proven. NOT the other way around. If you can't provide any actual EVIDENCE of a rape other than saying "he raped me", then why would you expect anything to be done? That's exactly as it SHOULD be.
