I drink peppermint tea. I have a sensitive stomach, but it's because I have ulcers. I hope your stomach settles soon.

I've always sipped on coca cola or ginger ale . Saltine crackers or dry toast.
Do you have alka seltzer ?

Don't eat. Take a shot glass of ginger ale or gator ade or water.

Take a small sip-repeat over a period of 10 minutes or so-taking very small sips until the ounce is gone. Wait 20 minutes-if it stays down-repeat.  The key is to get tiny amounts in slowly enough so your stomach sdoesn't rebel and vomit.

You don't need food-you do need liquids.  VERY slow with a 20 minute gap will do it.

If you don't pee for 12 hours, consider seeking medical help.
