Hey everyone just wondering if there were any vegans I could chat with to learn a little about becoming vegan.

I eat vegan. I believe in the lifestyle. But I can't do it all the time, I get very weak. There is a great cookbook called supermarket vegan. I look for humanely raised meat.

That is a great idea for the rest of my family. I already very earely eat meat, but it would be nice to know what my family is eating wasn't mistreated to hell...

I honestly don't know the first thing about being vegan. Lol. But I'm ready to make changes, so I guess exoeriences woukd be helpful, or any info in general

That works too. Vegetarian was my first choice, but I already very rarely eat meat, so I figured why not take it a step further... any experiences u want to share?
