what kind of degree is it? bachelors? masters?

what is your degree in?

What is your job title?

what kind of hours do you work?

what kind of pay did you start at and what are you at now?

how long have you worked in the field?

That's what I was in college for but I dropped out before I completed my degree.

Working on a Masters (public Administration).  My undergrad degree is in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration.  I've never worked hours outside the normal M-F since graduation.  My first job paid $36k.  I was a state tax agent.

Bachelor of Science in Business

Accounting

I don't use my degree directly, but I'm required to have a 4 year degree for my position. The management and business side is very beneficial when moving up within a company.

I'm a Regional Director for my agency. There are only 2 positions above mine which are the CEO and COO.

I've been in the field 21 years and received my degree in 2008.

I started in the field at like $6.10/hr or something...lol. I now have a decent salary, but it wouldn't be considered competitive when compared to other industries because I work for a private non-profit that functions off of Medicaid funds.

Oh, I work M-F 9-5, but my hours are flexible. I'm always on call by phone and could be expected to respond to emergencies.
