But we do not want to spend our tax refunds that way. It would be such a waste.

We do not have the income to be buying luxury vacations right now.

Smh I think its selfish they keep trying to get us to go.

This would be Grandparents, aunts, uncles and my parents.

If you don't want to go, don't go. Next time they tell you to go, tell them you expect their $4K check my tomorrow for the vacation.

It is an expensive vacation. We are planning on one in about 2-3yrs. We want our youngest to be old enough that she will actually remember the vacation. We are planning on spending about 10K for the week.

Don't go.  We went last year and paid for it in cash...we had been saving for a couple of years.  But we didn't go overboard.  I got a discount on the hotel, had a grocery deliver food for breakfast and snacks and DS had a gift card that he could use for souvenirs.  Once it was empty (it had $75 on it) he was done.

It really is a waste of  $$$$  a little under $100.00 JUST TO GET in.. then the food is ridiculously expensive... we went 4 years ago when dd was 2 NEVER EVER AGAIN!!  We did take her to Nickelodeon Studios ... thta was fun and worth it
