If your dcp had pinkeye would you leave your kids with her?

Kid being a toddler, so food is prepared by daycare provider and diapers get changed, a lot of body contact happens.

Daycare provider is washing her hands before and after food and daipers, washing hands every 20minutes on a timer and has hand sanitizer close by at all times to use before touching the child.

Would would leave your child or take the day off?

Take the day off. It's highly contagious. Your kid may already have it.

I'd leave my child and go to work.

It is contagious, but not airborne.  It's passed through contact without washing hands.

I'd leave my child with her.  I know she would do what was necessary to prevent the spread of it.  And even if my kid did catch it, it's just pink eye.  It's not the plague.
