I really do. Her house smells like dog pee so fucking bad, I can't stand it. And she seriously wonders why I hardly ever go over there and when I do, it's only for a few minutes. I don't want my kids in that. I don't even think they notice the smell but I do. My new baby is never going to that house, if she wants to see her, she can come to my home. She has 2 minor kids. Sorry forgot these.

If no children live in her home, you can't call CPS.

are there children living in the home? If not she can keep the house however she wants. Of course you don't have to bring your kids over there but that's not something you can call CPS over

I wouldn't had said cps if there are no minors there
