A friend of mine travels a lot and only stops at her home during the summer. She's willing to let us live in her house free of rent and utilities except for 3 months when we have to live in a hotel or motel or month by month apartment. Sounds pretty good right?

But I'm used to living in Georgia and this place is on the shore Cape Elizabeth, Maine.

I'm scared on the big climate change and dealing with snow.

Cape Elizabeth is beautiful. It is a really big difference though.

How could you afford the rent in season? I would visit it to check it out

I wouldn't do it. I hate being cold. And I wouldnt want to live somewhere else 3 months out of the year.

That is something I wouldn't do because it would never truly feel like home especially if I had to live somewhere else for three months
