I would eat it hot, not cold.

Idk, maybe. I've never tried gazpacho.

I'm making a huge thai peanut veggie noodle bowl. Comfort food on a cold day!

It's really good! I will recommend Alton Browns recipe:) the one I have is the pioneer woman's and it's not as seasoned as Altons. I had to add a bit more than her recipe called for, but I do like the chunky part.
