I look in the mirror every day and realize that I got the crappy end of the gene pool. I looked great up until about the age of 38 and then everything just started going downhill. My boobs sag, my skin sags, etc. Waaa

I hear ya.  Same with me.  I really noticed things starting to go downhill this past year (I'm 39).  I just bought a Tria Age Defying Laser and it's really helping my face... I think I'll aim it at the girls next, lol.  Aging is a bitch.  ;)

Some people look like shit in their twenties. Be glad you almost made it to 40. Most don't.

I hear ya. I started noticing I was aging around the age of 36.

Do you work out and drink plenty of water?

I'm not handling it well either. Mine is more of a mental thing though. It's like I will think of something, and it seems like it happened recently, then I realize that it happened damn near 20 years ago.
