That's NYC for you lol

It sold for wayyyyy more than what our 5 bedroom house cost. Crazy! Lol

We've been renting it out for the past 2 years now. Very sad to see it gone from us forever but it was just one more thing holding is too close to the city.

That's pretty average for NYC probably. I know my grandma has a 1 bedroom WOOD CABIN on the central coast in CA with an ocean view and it appraised for over 2 million about a year ago.

That's insane to me.

You couldn't even find a MANSION with 300 acres here that cost anywhere near that much.

Setting to be said about living in the Midwest.

Water views will bump that price tag up a lot lol we sold my great aunts house for 750,000 in a small town in nc. The house itself was probably worth 100,000 but it had a private beach and a little pier.
