Would you name your DD a name that when you tell family, they say they don't like it? Our DDs name is going to be either Sabrina, Cali, or Natalie. When we tell them, we hear everyone's opinons. Would you take their opinions into consideration? Or just name the kid whatever the hell you want?

If I like it, I don't care what anyone else thinks.

I took no ones opinions into consideration except DH when naming our kids.

They didn't help make the baby, so their opinions do not matter.

I didn't think about if anyone else liked the name. And I doubt anyone would have told me , but back when I started having kids ( 20 yrs ago) , everyone didn't feel entitled to say things like that to family or strangers.

I'd name my child whatever I wanted. That's why when I had my kids, no one knew the name till birth. It was just easier that way.

I did.

A lot of people didn't like Stephanie. They said it was outdated. Whatever, I liked it.
