Mine is....

Packet of taco or chili seasoning
Black beans
Kidney beans
Chili beans
Corn
Rotel
Petite diced tomatoes
Diced onion
Diced green bell pepper
1 lb ground chuck

And then we usually top it with Fritos, shredded sharp cheddar and sour cream. But sometimes we just serve with saltines.

I use dried chili so grind in the blender along with chipotles in adobo. I don't use those packets, mainly salt and chemicals.

I make veggie chili. Lots of peppers and whatnot. I like to make sure it burns my insides.

I eat canned.....

I'm the only one in my family who will eat it and I like it hot, which, again, makes me the odd one out.

Adobo sauce is a type of hot sauce or marinade used in Mexican and Southwestern cuisines. Adobo is a Spanish word for "sauce" or "marinade," and the dark red adobo sauce is used in many contexts in Mexican food. Its main ingredients are typically chile peppers, garlic, and vinegar, though variations are common. Tomatoes, onions, and a variety of herbs and spices often complete the recipe.

I prefer ratatouille chilli.

So...
Ratatouille
Diced Tomatoes
Green Chilies
Kidney Beans
Black Beans
Ground Turkey
Roasted Garlic
Italian Seasoning
Pepper

And I top it with cheese.

I came up with it one day because my mother hated ratatouille, but I had 2 gallons of it. So I just started tossing things in the crockpot with it. Everyone loves it.

I don't like most of them, but stagg has one I really like. I tried making my own and it wouldn't freeze right. Just not worth the effort or money
