Most luggage sets come with a carry on size piece.

I'm going to be gone for almost a week Wed-Tuesday.

I don't travel often so I don't need a luggage set. What would be considered a carry on size?

Luggage usually comes with a carry on - mine came with a duffel, a carry on size suitcase and a big suitcase.  My kids always use a backpack.  Don't be nervous....It's a piece of cake.

A duffel bag should be ok.

Go to the TSA website. It will give you dimensions for carry ons.

ohh. Kk.

I was looking at Delta too. I'm just afraid I am going to get a bag that's considered too big and then be screwed.

If you have to check the bag it's not the end of the world. I've flown a lot and never had a luggage issue.
But when you go and purchase luggage it will be labeled as a "carry on bag.

Oh shit. I probably should call TSA

I was in a car accident when I was younger and I had to have surgery. I have surgical steel wire in my back. :(

There's nothing to be nervous about. You'll be just fine.
Like a PP said TSA website will help you.
