yes (depending on the size of the Guest list) $350.00 you can have a nice party........Not a SPLURGE but very nice

Yes. We have a lot of people at our parties and I don't spend anywhere close to that much.

Yes I wish I could stick to my budgets I always go over board especially when he turn 1. This year he will be 3 and I'm have agreed to let his dad plan it. For my daughters 1st bday I will plan it wish me luck

No...we spent $25 on a cake and like $15 on decorations and maybe $50 on food.....

You can do a very nice party on that budget, but it depends on what you want.  Obviously you can't rent a hall on that budget (not that most people would lol).  If I had that much money I would do an at home backyard party, I'd have games and craft things for the kids to do (if it's warm enough I'd do a pool party and let them splash around in a kiddie pool), hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill, salads, chips, cake and ice cream, goodie bags for the kids.

Enjoy them, they are so cute at that age.

Depends.  How many people are you inviting?  Where are you having it?  How many adults/kids?  Are you serving dinner or just snacks?

For a first birthday all you need is a cake.  They won't remember anything.

We spent about 150 on dds 1st.
