Do you believe in spirits, ghosts, or poltergeists?

So we moved into our house almost 3 years ago, right before our 3rd child was born we moved our DS upstairs, he's the oldest and only boy so we thought he would like having more privacy and space.  But he's terrified to sleep upstairs, even when we let one of our dogs sleep up there with him.  He is convinced that our house is haunted and says he sees and hears things, a couple of days ago he told DH that he saw a book fly across the room.  DS has been diagnosed with disruptive behavior disorder and anxiety, he has been known to tell lies and I have a hard time believing him, no one else has experienced anything strange.  But today I was trying to find out more about the house, I knew who the previous owners were, the old man that used to live here was a crazy, mean person, he installed cameras around the outside of the house to catch the neighbor's cat in his yard.  He ended up poisoning the poor cat.  So, I found out today that he actually died in our house.  I few people told me that Native Americans used to burn sage to cleanse a place, we did that a couple of weeks ago, probably not properly but we were trying to help DS feel better.  It only worked for one night.  Does anyone else know of a way to cleanse a home or get rid of spirits?  Even if I don't believe, maybe it would make DS feel better, at least so he could sleep at night.

There is a  group called the haunted realm that could really help you.

Sage is what is used. If you Google it, you can buy it and also find out what to do. It's been years since I did it, but it was something I was taught when I worked at a Native American casino.

We just used some dried sage I had with my herbs, said a prayer and burned it, carried it all over the house too.  It only made him feel better for one night, then he started back saying he was hearing and seeing things again.  He wants to burn the sage every day!

Burning sage, and if you're religious I found praying to be soothing if ever you're scared

Nope. The whole idea is absurd to me, as is the idea of Gods.

When you do the sage, you have to get all the corners of the room from top to bottom, just walking thru won't do a thing.

Play this while he sleeps. It doesn't have to be loud, it can be played low to not disturb your son's sleep. I promise it helps. I do it for my boys.
