Does anyone know for sure how long it takes an eviction to fall off of your credit report?? Is it 7 years?

Evictions aren't normally reported on credit bureaus.   If the landlord sues you and gets a judgement, that is reported and can stay on for up to 10 years.   Evictions are listed in court reports, listed by county in our state.   Not sure how long they stay on the website though.
