I am no cook so I go for the easy recipes.

I want to make this but it doesn't say if I should cover them or not?

So. Do you cover and bake or bake uncovered?

You're probably safe not covering it. If it starts to look dry, cover it.

The whole hour? They won't dry out?

I'd leave it uncovered cause it has all the dressing on top of it.

Uncovered first for 30 then cover for 30.
OR you could seer on both sides first. That's how I do my chops if I bake them

Olive oil works best, or oil in general.
You want it HOT. On high.
If the chops are thick then do 2 min per side.
If they're thinner than 2in then just so them for 1 min
