Does your ear stay "cloudy" once the infection is gone?

Last time i had one was about 7 years ago and all i remember was the pain. It was excruciating. And yes i recall being cloudy for a few days after i started my antibiotics.

I had them a lot as a child and it is believed that is what caused my hearing loss.

What do you mean by cloudy? Your hearing should return to normal after the infection is cleared up.

The last time I had one, I went totally deaf for a good week. My hearing came back slowly so I guess you could say it was cloudy.

Yes, a couple of months ago. I am not sure about "cloudy" but it did feel weird. To help with the pain in addition to antibitotics, I used olive oil.
