So my dad is having housing and health issues. I offered him my spare room/bathroom but he says he just wants to visit.
Problem is work all week and I don't want anyone on my damn couch and in my house in my two days off.

I told him to let me know if he wants to move in but I'm not hostessing.

I'm pregnant with two young kids and my DH works out of town and sometimes cones home an weekends.

Why do people who don't work think weekends are a good time?

Um I don't get the problem, he'd be there if he lived there so he'd still be there on your days off. Or do you want to lock him in his room on your days off?

No. Shit but if a person is visiting I have to cater to them. My only TV is in the living room if he moves in he would bring his own

Whatb the hell maybe I'm just anti social.

What....? This is bizarre. It's just a few days. I can't imagine telling my family they couldn't visit because I'd be inconvenienced.

People visit during the weekend because....they actually want to visit with you. Why would they choose to come on days when you'd be working?

I don't want to have to do anything for anyone. I just want to sit around!

I offered to let him stay here. I work all damn week. I want to sit down on my time off. I asked him to come up during the week to talk about moving in.
