Muscle fat poofed?

Why?

BTW, I have dyscalculia, so this didn't really compute well for me, but wouldn't muscle indeed weigh more?

If you have 5lbs of muscle and 5 lbs of fat, the fat is twice the size.

So if you made them the same size and weighed them, the fat would weigh less than the muscle, so that means muscle weigh more right?

I missed that one. Volume wise, yes muscle would weigh more.

Yes, it does. Muscle is denser, weighs much more by volume than fat does. I thought this was pretty common knowledge

One part of her statement was true, a pound IS a pound...but that's not what "muscle weighs more than fat" means. Lol.

well a pound is a pound yes, but different things are more dense and weigh more obviously lol.
