Falling asleep at work...

For the past week, no matter what time I go to bed, when I get to work. I am beyond exhausted. I get here, check voicemails, get started for the day and as soo as as I heat my chair, I am beyond exhausted. I start to dose off. It doesn't matter if I'm typing, reading an email, or talking on the phone. My head bobs forward and I jerk it back up in time before anyone sees me. At first I thought maybe I was just spacing out but nope. I am falling asleep. And it's only at work that I am that exhausted. When I get home and sit down I am fine but at work I'm done for. Any advice? I tried coffee but it made me really jittery and hot.

Are you pregnant? I was like that when I was first pregnant and didn't know it yet.

I've taken a pregnancy test almost everyday, somtimes twice for a week. DH and I were trying but they all came back negative. I don't remember doing it with dd. But then again, I was more active at work than I am now.

change out your chair for an exercise ball, it will engage more of your body and keep you alert.

I would have your Thyroid checked and your Vitamin D levels checked.  I hope you start to feel better!
