Stranger's kid asks if you'll be their mom

What would you do in that situation? You are at the park and you see a little boy or girl (their mother and father are present) they seem sad and tell you they wish you were their mother instead or ask if you'd be their mom. What would you think? How would you react?

I would laugh it off. They probably wanted something and the parent said no. When my son was 3 he wasn't done playing and decided to crawl up in someone else's stroller and tell me he is going home with them. He was extremely outgoing to the point of scary.

It is sad. I had it hapoen to me. I firmly and sweetly reminded them of their loving parnets who would be So Sad not to have their little Joey or Charlotte. And then hug them like there's no tomorrow

This happened to me too. I felt so bad for the girl.
