How do you know they saw your name and what did you call for?

File a restraining order if you can. Why did you call? That information may be helpful...

He slapped his girlfriend AGAIN and I had enough. She denied it, they let him go and I overheard him talking to the other neighbors and he said my name, said he saw it on their screen.

So when you called in, why did you give your information? You have the right to remain anonymous.

They asked for my name but before I gave it I said I want to make sure I remain anonymous

Lesson learned. Either refuse because you can or use a fake name like Jane smith.

If you remain anon and she denies, nothing can be done. I wouldnt give my name again. But your address may pop up attached to your phone number - im not sure.
