Pain in left shoulder when breathing, any ideas?

DH is having a sharp pain in his left shoulder/chest (but pretty high). It only happens when he breathes in deep.

I think it is either due to allergies or anxiety.

Any other thoughts?

It's not too bad, and he's only had it for a half hour. We'll keep an eye on it though!
