Whats your favorite meal to make? I love chicken carbonara it's easy and really good.

Anything Indian!  I love the spices, colors and smells and my family loves eating it.

Anything that just gets thrown in a pot on the stove or in a dish in the oven. I LOVE clean the fridge day. Or BBQ'd anything.

Green chile chicken enchiladas. Easy to make, delicious, and tastes good as a leftover lol.

YEP! Most of the time it turns out pretty good.
