Please help. So freaking sore!

Ok, I know some of you must exercise. I worked out yesterday and I'm so sore today!
What are some good ideas to help decrease soreness? I know stretching is super important, but what else?

Consistency. The more you do it, the less it'll hurt.

Drink a lot of water, it will help a little. Also don't skip your next workouts, it will help work the soreness out

I'll be working out again tomorrow. I took today off so my muscles could recuperate a little.

Keep working out, try a long soak in the bath, go for a walk or a jog, drink lots of water.

I've been trying to walk more and I plan to keep working out.
