I use what I call the bandaid approach. Whatever is bothering me I face it head on

Breathing exercises. In through my nose, out through my mouth. I try to just prevent them but avoiding triggers, which works better now that I don't have so many.

Deep breathing and mindfulness.

Ice cubes on my wrists help tremendously during really bad attacks.
