Which would you buy?

I know the lack of clicky will be an issue, but I'm just curious for a couple of opinions.  How much does the price difference factor?  The houses are really only a couple streets apart, but the more expensive one is still definitely in a better area.  But, they're both beautiful to me.

I would probably go with the first one. It has a much bigger and nicer yard. The only thing that I didn't like about it is the small kitchen.

I'd go with the better area hands down. Both houses are nice, so location decides it for me.

That is really a tough choice. I think I'd go for number two, though.

I'd probably go with number 1, but I hate the kitchen. However, it has the better yard. I'm sad that all the woodwork has been painted in both houses. =(

ETA the first house is already pending.
