Does anyone deal with this? It's an awful feeling, almost like you're not completely in your body. Meds have helped me but right now they are not 😒

I have memory loss from it. I've dealt with depression since I was 10-11 years old. I have hardly any memory of my childhood.

I have that from stress and depression. I am sleeping too much and gained 7 pounds over the course of a few weeks. I feel like a slugg. I had to fight myself to go to work Fri. instead of crawling back in bed. I'm having severe problems with my teenage son. His dad is out of the picture, since he remarried. I have to write everything down, and then I seem to lose it. I feel for you!
