Every baby is different. There is no way we can tell you how often YOUR baby should move. You should regularly feel movement at this point though.

So once a day is okay?

Baby should be moving throughout the day. 10 movements in an hour after drinking some cold juice and laying down

I've always heard/read/been told 10 in an hour. Both my babies were way more active than 10 a day.

you want to feel some movement throughout the day. If it's been longer than 2 hours and you havent felt a single movement, drink something cold or sugary. Lay on your side and focus. If you cant feel anything within 30 minutes, (maybe longer) go in to the hospital or your drs if theyre open
