My confession

I've never made meatloaf. Until tonight.

I hope it's not a meat brick.

Edit. Not a brick. Greesy. Didn't know there was such a thing as meat loaf pan. Gross.

Will try try again after I procure the proper equipment.

I used to make meatloaf once every couple of weeks until the ONE time it was undercooked and I bit into it and all I could taste was the rawness. That ONE time seriously ruined it all for me.

Ha!

My DD affectionately referred to my meatloaf as a brick. But she thought it was delicious.

Love meatloaf. My uncle invited us for dinner yesterday and he made meatloaf with a cream of mushroom gravy.. so good.

I make Italian meatloaf in a crockpot. It's juicy and delicious.

I am notorious for getting busy and forgetting to check on food in the oven, so I made my meatloaf a brick once, but as long as you take it out at the right time and used the right proportions of egg and breadcrumbs, you should be fine. :)

my kids love it. I prefer salisbury steak but we dont have any gravy tonight (or stuff to make it) so meatloaf it is.
