Should I be worried(sex&pregnancy)

This is our second baby, I'm 21 weeks along.
We usually have sex once or twice a week while I'm pregnant, but today we were both really in the mood.
We had some rougher sex than usual today and noticed afterwards that our "mess" had some blood in it (pink color) and are a bit concerned.

I've also had some pain in my lower right abdomen for a week or so now but OBGYN said it's most likely stretching pain, although it's more stabbing and dull-achey.

Anyway, just worried, what say you moms with this experience?

If it is just spotting, don't worry. If you start bleeding heavier or having contraction like pains, then call L&D.

Not sure if you should be worried, but I wouldn't have rough sex anymore. Yes it's great but you have cargo onboard.  Kinda worries me your husband didn't think about that.

He did, but we were told my ob not to worry about it.

I hate that all I can think of responding with are really inappropriate jokes.

*sigh*

Lol, I swear there's at least one person who can only think of inappropriate jokes in any situation.

Nothing to be worried about at all.  Spotting after rough sex while pregnant is very normal.  And I agree that the pain is due to ligament stretching.
