Idk how im typing this. Im laying down now but im 27 weeks pregnant. I got up to get something to eat i bring it back in my room to eat and has im sitting i get very dizzy and i feel like i am going to pass out. My head is killing me and as i was sitting my legs were going numb. Back of my neck hurts too

Call your dr. There is a way to estimate Bp according to your pulse. Google it idk.

I had a similar issue when I was pregnant with my boys. But not my girls. This is how I knew baby #5 was a boy before the ultrasound. Dizzy & felt like I was going to pass out if I was standing too long.

Make sure you aren't standing for too long. If there is someone who can cater to you then ask them to help when you get like this. Also make sure you are healthy snacking throughout the day.

You need to see your ob. Unless you have a stethoscope and blood pressure cuff and know how to read it you can't do it at home.

Call your doctor and see what they think. That sounds like it could be dangerous. You might be better off to just go to the ER or urgent care.
