That hurt! I've never had a Braxton hicks hurt so much. It lasted 2 minutes! =/

For me all 3 babies, if I felt a contraction it was the real thing

It can start by 20 wks and last till real labor. Be aware

That's about how I was with my last two I didn't have Braxton hicks at all. This hit out of the blue while I was taking a pee lol

I know. This is number 3 and I'm just not used to them because I didn't have any contractions at all until I was in full blown no going back labor lol

I had those quite a bit, I worked regularly threw out most of my pregnancy and that caused a lot of strain on my body. Best thing to do is sit back, drink lots of water, and try your best to relax. At the very least do something to distract yourself from the discomfort. Your body is getting amped up for what's to come! Take care of yourself, your body will appreciate it :)
