I had it plugged in all night and it would show the lighting bolt (like it does when charging) but no matter how long it's plugged in it won't charge more then 4%... help!

It's a Samsung galaxy tab 4 lite
it has worked fine for the past week since I bought it... I knew I should have never trusted ebay ( or any non retail place)

Sounds like the battery itself is bad. Probably needs to be replaced.

It very well night be the charger. I have gone thru several with mine. Mine seem to like the heavy duty blackberry cord.

I have an older Samsung galaxy tab 2. If I don't use the Samsung charger that came with it,it will charge to about 5 % and stop. It's like the charger is to weak to pull additional charge I'm but it will maintain.

Could either be a bad charger, or a bad battery. I'd try replacing the charger first, since that's likely going to be cheaper than the battery. I had that happen with my laptop, once it was a bad charger, and once it was the battery.

I've had it for a week and never had issues charging until last night.

My DH said to go and have someone check the battery. He sales these tablets(used) sometimes the actual battery needs replacing.

I had it on airplane mode, just like I did the first few times I had to charge it and it charged fine.
