We are going to be staying in a cottage at church camp in about 2 weeks. It had a mini fridge and a microwave but that's it for cooking. I am going to take some other things with me to cook like maybe a electric skillet but I don't want to take a lot of extra stuff. Anyways any idea on things I can cook in the microwave. And if I can freeze a few meals at home and let them thaw in the mini fridge or cooler over the first few days that would be great. Suggestions?
