I made breakfast sandwiches. Toast made out of homemade bread I made yesterday, an egg fried in olive oil, garlic and parsley, bacon, pepper jack cheese, onion and avocado. By far a favorite in our house. So what's cooking in your house this morning? What are the favorite go tos for your family?

Usually we have tonatoes and spinach on them too but the kids ate all of those this week and SO isn't back from the grocery store yet so they were missing. It was still yummy though.

My husband is in the kitchen making eggs, bacon and hashbrowns.

He usually cooks breakfast on the weekends.

My husband and DS had ham and cheese omelettes with hash browns. I had cinnamon raisin toast with cream cheese, sliced bananas and strawberries

We had egg muffins (eggs, red & yellow peppers, green onions, mushrooms, and cheese baked in a muffin tin) and toast. We're picking blueberries today so tomorrow morning we can have fresh blueberry pancakes.  Go to breakfasts are pancakes, homemade waffles, omelettes, and a breakfast bake you make the night before.
