I'm on my 3rd day of antibiotics and I'm supposed to take them for 10. It's not going well. I at least have to cut back on the dose. I know you're supposed to finish antibiotics always but jeez. I can't seem to take enough probiotics.
Anyone else struggle this much with antibiotics?

Yes. I do. Eat yogurt and take a probiotic pill.

Drink tons of water.

Soak in Epsom salt baths.

I've been doing all that everyday. The lowest sugar containing yogurt I can find. Basically just sugar from the milk itself. I drink 120-140oz of water a day and I'm taking probiotics. And I did take an Epsom salt bath this morning. Ugh.

Sorry for the tmi. I'm on antibiotics for strep but from the antibiotics I have diarrhea and I'm getting a yeast infection. I'm in hell. I do have a rx for the yeast infection but after 10 days on antibiotics it will just come right back. I'm only on day 3.

I understand. I have to get them to write me a prescription and use over the counter stuff at the same time. Otherwise, I just want to hump a tree.
