Make fun of me, but I hate having a mental disease!!!!

I've only done the bare minimum with cleaning house and have spent the rest of the time I was in bed, crying and looking at old scrapbooks.

I have an awesome life, but I just can't seem to snap out of it.

Btw, I'm on medication for it already (FOR YEARS)

Then you probably need your medication changed or adjusted

I hope you feel better or snap out of it soon

Maybe you need your dose adjusted.

It sounds like your meds haven't been working then.  You need to go back to your dr and work out a plan to figure out what meds WILL work for you.

This stuff is a guessing game.  Some meds work for some people and don't work for other people.  That's all there is to it.

I read in another post that you said you've been diagnosed as bipolar.  Are you always at this stage or is this just your depression cycle?  Are you being consistent w/ your meds?  Honestly...No, really, are you taking your meds consistently?!

You're going to have good days. And then you're going to have bad days. Today is a bad day. Tomorrow will be a good day.

If you don't have a support system, you might want to think about working to change that. Everybody needs a support system.

It might be time to adjust your meds. I suffer from depression as well and there are times when it does not take anything to make me cry.

Wasn't your childhood all kinds of fucked up?

if you are in bed crying, get out of the house, call a friend for coffee.
