I am a t-mobile customer and I am livid. We have been having issues with our cell for about a month now. Dropped calls. Missed calls. Can't place calls. Can't send texts.

Hours on the phone and we finally find out they have changed their service to this new volte and my Samsung galaxy s5 won't support it. I was never notified. I have a 1 yr old phone that is useless.

I STILL have to pay for my useless phone and have shit service. Wtf.

I'm pissed. I emailed a bunch ch of attorneys. T-mobile didn't even apologize. They said they didn't hAve to notify us of the change, um . . .

We have T-Mobile and no problems at all. Dh has the S5, too

Well, know they will be replacing your towers with these volte towers making your service as they put it "spotty"

It sucks.
