Is it safe to give toddlers spicy foods? I don't mean ghost pepper spicy but like Frank's hot sauce spicy?

Try a mild sauce first, but as long as they like it, yeah.

Just make sure they don't get some on their hands and wipe their eyes or something.

If they like it.  My niece loved medium spicy salsa and chips when she was a toddler.
