I stopped dying my own hair and started going to the salon. After four years of paying 100+ every three weeks. (I have all gray hair)

I finally found an at home brand that I love and works perfect. John Frieda Foam. It's amazing. No dripping, easy applying. Color match perfect. I'm so excited.

Thanks for the suggestion! Do you have someone help you do it at home, or is it easy to apply on your own?

It is sooop easy to do alone. It's foam and you use your gloved hand to apply.

When I attempted it I had a light brown/blonde high lights. Thought it would at least take in the blonde parts but not even a tint. I bought some purple dye today and fixed it

Maybe you aren't doing it correctly? (no offense) My hair is a light to medium brown and it comes out suuuuuuuper red at first.

This was after about a month of doing it.

I'm glad you found a favorite! :)
I dye mine black, I can use any brand and have it come out fine. No one can mess up flat black lol.
