I think he looks just fine for an 11 year old. His older brother was chubby and he hit puberty. Turned into super tall bean pole. I wish that he didn't care so much about his weight. He's a child.

My exh is a total dickhead that tells him he's too fat. Grrr. Then turns around and accuses me of starving my ODS.

Well - he is kind of chubby.

Best to get good eating and exercise habits instilled young.  Healthy eating, with more veggies and protein than carbs, few empty calories (cut out soda and things like that), and good cardio exercise on a regular basis - swimming, biking, running.

:( Poor kid-he is not at ALL FAT! Your ex is (HAS) fucked him up by saying that. He looks like such a sweet little boy. Can you get full custody? Or therapy for him?

By looks alone he looks a little pudgy but nothing that growing isn't going to take care of all on its own.  Nothing I would be overly concerned about in any way.

Urm-good advice, but he doesn't look chubby. He looks like a little boy.

He is a handsome guy,not fat at all. My 11 year old is getting a bit chunky, but I suspect he will even out as he goes through puberty.

I think he's fine. He might have a few extra pounds but I wouldn't call him fat.

He looks fine to me. This is why I never mention weight around my sons. I don't want them developing some negative body image.

Actually - he does.  11 years old is way too old for "baby fat."
