Wic reviews you annually. When I got wic we were within the guidelines, now that my husband got a promotion we are just over the guidelines but we don't have to requalify for another 5 months. While we are making more money we are playing catch up at the moment. I remember when I signed up I had to sign a paper and I have no clue what the paper said in regards to income changes. Do we have to report the change immediately or are we fine til the next annual 're-qualification?

I would report it. If you don't technically need it anymore, someone else does.

I'm sure they are not turning anyone away because I get wic. At the moment though we still do need it.

Ok I hope so. I'm trying to look online for this info but can't find it.

When I had assistance I always defaulted to call them if I had a change in income. Almost every time I called, they said to just bring in the new info at my next qualification appointment....but at least I knew what to do.
