I'm in my early 20s & used to be the picture of health. I've been to my doctor, the ER, and different specialists. I've had xrays, MRIs, EKGs, and tons of blood work. This has been going on for over a year and they still don't know what's going on. I've been getting severe pains in my head and throughout my whole body, it just comes & goes. Sometimes pain is so exaggerated in my body (a pinch hurts insanely bad or just touching my back, etc.) & other times I'm fine. I get numbness in arms & hands, sometimes legs & face. Tend to get kinks in my neck. I have fatigue like crazy no matter how much sleep I get. Weakness. Stiffness. Hungry most of the time. I get off balanced every now & then (be walking & just start going/falling sideways or backwards). Bad cramps. Ton of weight gain. Stomach bloat (sometimes look really pregnant). Sometimes feel like pricking at vagina & anus areas. Feels like vagina & anus are tore open at times. 95%-99% of the time I wipe my backside there is bright red blood, not a lot, but it's there (no hemorrhoids). Sometimes I've felt I had to poop so bad that the wrong movement would mess my undies & get to the bathroom & can't go. Switch between constipation & diarrhea often. Sometimes feel like I have to pee so bad & can't go and/or go & feel like I need to again right after. Prone to yeast infections. Poor memory/brain fog. Achy all over. Hands are swollen 99% of time and maybe other body parts too. Much more sensitive to cold & heat. A lot of hot flashes. Tend to shake when I get real upset. Severely damaged ankle to the point of most likely needing surgery, just by jumping out of a truck. Most symptoms aren't constant, just comes & goes for no reason, & sometimes are more severe than others. I struggle with hypertension, anxiety, and depression (off & on) as well. If you have these symptoms & know what the issue is please comment the name of it. Thanks for reading & for help!!

I'm no help, but it sounds like it may be a combination of things.

I have many of your symptoms. They still haven't figured out the exact cause of all of them but chronic tension is causing most of them. I wish you luck.

It might be fibromyalgia. As your Dr abt that if it has not already been discussed

I would see a neurologist. Most of those symptoms seem to have a neurological component.

I'm a nurse. Some of your symptoms sound like Fibromyalgia.

Sounds like a parasympathetic nerve issue and maybe some irritable bowel symptoms. A good primary care doctor should be able to get you the help you need.

Sounds like you copied the symptoms of fibromyalgia straight off a fibromyalgia website (or out of a medical textbook) and onto your post, inserting "I" or "my" where necessary.
