I want to pick all of your brains. I am thin but I need to get in shape and lose a little jiggle. I can't afford a class right now. Should I start running or do an video? I want muscle tone and strength. Thanks if you share anything helpful.c:

My go to workout? Walking from fridge to couch. Crunches to grab the remote. And a whole lot of hand to mouth curls.

My favorite workouts are the old Tae Bo workout videos with Billy Blanks. I used to do them 3-5 days a week and was in the best shape of my life. I now go to the gym.

Can I be honest? Those commercials scare me. I could try that one and maybe it will be a good one though.

I wish I could afford a trainer right now. I would love like a hot guy telling me to do stuff. I'm weird like that.

No, really I do Zumba 3-4 times a week.
